Bath, windows and doors, on anything contracted in August

On any tub-to-shower conversion or shower remodel this month, we're including up to two grab bars, installed, and a Moen Verso handheld showerhead — at no charge, on top of the 15%.

Installed matters. The grab bars go into proper wall blocking, which is included — a bar screwed into drywall isn't a grab bar, it's a decoration. Ours are rated to 500 lb.

Most conversions are a day or two on site once we start. Book in August and you're finished well before the holidays.

Windows and doors: money back from the manufacturer, on top of ours.

One honest note on timing. Windows and doors run about 6–8 weeks from signed order to install. So it's the order that has to beat September 4 — the install lands this fall, and the rebate card comes after it's done. We won't tell you it'll be in before Labor Day.

Storm damage from August 11?

The August 11 line put measured gusts over 90 mph across the Southland — 96 at the high end — and left trees and power lines down across the area. Wind damage to a roof usually shows up as lifted, creased or missing shingles, and from the driveway a damaged roof looks fine.

If you took hail on July 27, that's still worth a look too. Hail doesn't announce itself either — bruised shingles, fractured mats, granule loss in the gutters — and that claim window hasn't closed.

What to do after a storm →

15% off applies to new bath, window and door projects contracted between August 1–31, 2026. Siding and roofing projects are not eligible. Cannot be combined with another monthly promotion. Standing discounts — senior, military, first responder, repeat customer, and referral credit — still apply, up to a maximum combined discount; your design consultant will confirm what applies to your project. Not valid on projects quoted, contracted, or completed before August 1, 2026, and cannot be applied retroactively to an existing contract. One monthly promotion per project. Discount applies to the total project price and must appear on the signed contract.

The Soft-Lite rebate is a separate manufacturer program offered by Soft-Lite and is not an Excel promotion. Grab bars and handheld showerhead are part of this promotion, not a separate offer, and are included with qualifying bath projects contracted in August 2026. Maximum two grab bars per project, professionally installed with required wall blocking included.
