We had our bathroom renovated by Excel Shower and Bath. Erik and Francisco did an absolutely fantastic job renovating the bathroom. These men know how to do a bathroom beautifully.

We just completed a tub-to-shower conversion and had a comfort height toilet installed. It was time to get rid of the 1970's era pink bathtub/toilet and upgrade.

Roman (assisted by Joshua) did great work converting my tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and replaced my vanity top. Everything was done quickly and debris/dust was minimal. Very professional.

Great experience with my new front door system installation as part of our Chicago Bungalow restoration project. Installers Dave and Steve Jr. started right on time and did their expert install. Real craftsman! They were able to preserve my original 1928 inside trim, which is no small feat, but that's where experience pays off. Cleaned up well and hauled away the old system. Excel did our whole house of windows in 2007, and the windows still look and operate like new. We are very happy we used Excel once again (prices are competitive and very fair) and we always highly recommend them.

We were in the middle of a home renovation and ordered 9 more windows from Excel because of how beautiful everything turned out. I will never go to any other place for windows. We had an amazing experience with Excel. We recently replaced 5 windows in our house. We got four quotes and they were equal to the lowest quote but had a superior product. Last week we had Juan T and Salvador come to install the windows and I cannot say enough about how happy we are with them. They were professional and went above and beyond. When installing the windows a little bit of paint around the window frame got taken off. They even asked for paint to repaint that area before leaving. They vacuumed and left our house looking better than it did before they came. The windows are beautiful and they way they install them looks amazing. They noticed a tiny rip in the screen and informed me of it and already ordered the replacement even before showing me. It's so small I never would have even noticed. They really take pride in their work and it shows. We will be using them for every window and door we replace in our home and would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely happy with Excel. It started with a young neighborhood canvasser named Vinnie who did a great job peaking my interest on replacing my front windows. From there, I was contacted by a salesman Matt Reed who came out and took his time describing and demonstrating all the different options and cost structures. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he absolutely did not try and oversell me. After the contract was signed and deposit made, I communicated mostly with Leo in the office who did a great job of keeping me posted on the progress and scheduling install appointments. Juan and his install screw were great. They installed 10 total windows in deep snow and cold temps and got it all done in one day. I cannot say enough good things about Excel, and will refer them to friends and family and absolutely use them again.

Excellent sales person (Dominick) explained everything, answered all questions, and started the process. Measurements were done perfectly, scheduling was very efficient and communication was great. Windows arrived as planned, the installers were great, cleaned up after, as if they were never there. Very happy with the new windows, had 19 replaced front and back of the house, look great, inside and out. No issues, No complaints, pricing was extremly competitive, would highly recommend Excel for your nest home project. I will call them in spring when I need to replace my patio doors.

We were referred to Excel and were very pleased with our experience. We appreciated the straightforward sales approach, the time we were allowed to consider and make a decision, and the flexibility in scheduling to best fit the needs of our household. The installation team was prompt and efficient. When they left at the end of day 1, they were very thorough in cleaning up behind themselves. When an unforeseen issue caused a delay in them being able to return the next day, Leo made sure communicate with us quickly about the issue and reschedule. On top of all that - the windows look beautiful! We would definitely recommend Excel!

Just had my windows installed 2 days ago. Although it's too early to comment on the product, I can confidently say dealing with this company is a refreshing change from dealing with many other companies where customer service is not a priority. Tony, our salesman was great. Very friendly and thorough. Franz, and other employees I spoke with on the phone leading up to installation ALL exhibited genuine care and were pleasant to talk to. My installers were amazing. They were very friendly. They cleaned up everything and addressed any concerns. I don't recall their names, but it was a father and son team. They had a great work ethic. Assuming the windows are going to be as great as the service, I highly recommend Excel.

Excel windows has been a great experience to work with. I purchased windows last year for the upstairs of my home and the pricing was good the installation team was great. I'm now getting ready to complete the rest of my home they came out quickly to measure and provide a quote. Kelly in the office followed up the next day to make sure everything went well and asked if I had any questions or needed any additional information. Highly recommend Excel Windows.

Love my new front door! Matt is a great salesman who knows his products front to back. He was super helpful and patient choosing the best design for us. My wife and happy with our choices. Installation was great and painless. Steve cleaned up after his installation and made sure my children stayed clear of the work area. Couldn't recommend this company anymore.

I used Google reviews in helping me decide which window companies to get an estimate from so I should probably give back. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I had to replace my sliding glass door. Since the door was around 40 years old, they no longer make them in that size. The salesman Tony was great and after the contract was signed, Excel did everything from start to finish. They contacted my HOA and got their permission to do the install. I never even talked to them. They took care of getting the permits from the city as well. The contractors that did the install were as good as they come. They built the wall in to accommodate the size of the new door and did exceptional work. They spent approximately 4 hours doing the install. They took the time to answer any questions I had and I am very happy with the final product.

I was in need of a new front entry door so I call a few places for estimates. Excel was the first company to come out and these folks that ended up installing my door. I picked Excel because they made me feel very comfortable about the process, explained the scope of work needed in great detail and they just seemed trustworthy. I'm happy with my decision, the quality of the door and the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Excel installed a majority of updated windows in 1990. Excel did our siding in 1992. Then in 1995 the family room windows and patio double door were installed. After 30 years, windows are in good shape, 28 years, and the siding is attractive and functional, and the patio door, with much abuse from 3 dogs, only needed attention after an oven energetic puppy broke the seal between the Thermopylae glass and needed replacement. A recent puppy addition thought the sliding screen patio door screening would be a great plaything. We called Excel and they scheduled, arrived, removed, took to shop for repair, and returned and reinstalled the next day. They did a great job and updated the spline with the new screening. They are a great company that believes in quality, value, and especially customer service. We'll be requesting a quote to re-skin our 8' X 12' out shed next month. If you want value, dependability, and professionalism, EXCEL should be checked out.

Amazing Company from start to finish! Friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff. We would HIGHLY recommend! We will have them back next year to get the second floor windows done. They installed two large windows on the main floor and a new patio door. The transformation to our main floor is phenomenal! The installation crew was extremely professional, neat and tidy. They were extremely friendly to our dogs and toddler (even when they were in the way). They were very careful around our floor beds. We were impressed with the clean up!! I can't not speak highly enough of this crew!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!

I had a great experience with Excel in replacing my 2nd level sliding door and 3 double hung windows. I contacted several contractors for the project and in the end chose Dominic (owner Excel) to be very trustworthy in handling the complicated issue of water seepage from my balcony sliding door. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for both projects compared to other highly priced competitors and also installed upgraded products. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Even the installers themselves....Juan and Salvadore.....very meticulous in their work and explaining everything to me during the install. I will definitely reach out to them again for other work and refer them to friends and family.
