If you move forward with a project, the signed contract you receive — including its warranty, pricing, and scope provisions — governs that work.

Quotes, Estimates & Consultations
You can use the Site to request a quote, estimate, or in-home consultation. Any quote or estimate we provide is for your consideration and is not binding until both you and Excel Windows sign a written contract. Pricing, product availability, and promotional offers may change, and estimates may be revised after an in-home measurement or review. Nothing on the Site is an offer that forms a contract on its own.
The work itself — products, installation, scheduling, and warranties — is governed by your signed contract, not by these Terms.
Products, Installation & Warranties
Excel Windows provides home improvement services including replacement windows, doors, siding, bath, and roofing. Installation is performed by our installation crews. Product warranties are provided by the respective product manufacturers. Excel Windows provides a labor warranty as set out in your signed contract.
Your signed contract and its warranty provisions govern all products and installation work. These Terms do not create, extend, or modify any warranty.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Excel Windows about appointments, quotes, service updates, and promotions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at the number or email below.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
